Earlier in the year, everyone was crazy about a certain tiny house on Amazon, so much so that it sold out. However, there’s good news for those who might have missed the chance to buy the prefab. Guess what? A more impressive one is currently on sale at the online retail shop.
The beauty of it all is that this one requires no additional work, and comes with a kitchen, bathroom, and for power, both wind and solar-powered systems. What more would you ask for? And all this for less than $25,000.
Multiple Functions
Though tiny, the house can function as a full time living place, or if you already have that, you can purchase it for your guests. After all, it can comfortably fit in a backyard, and your visitors would surely enjoy their time there.
The fact that the structure can work with either wind or solar energy doesn’t mean that it rules out electricity. If you so wish, you can outfit the prefab with your everyday electrical work and it’ll function just as well, powering lights and running available appliances.
What’s more, the tiny home also boasts some interesting features. Some parts of it are either expandable or foldable to create more space, and you do all this at the touch of a button. It comes with a remote, people; talk of comfort at its best!
To put it simply, you simply have a lot of options when it comes to this prefab. If you don’t want it for your main residence or for your guests, you can choose to make it your office, and don’t even think for a second that it will disappoint.
It is spacious enough to feature a combined toilet and bathroom as stated before, and also has a living room, dining room, and bedroom. As if that’s not enough, it comes with its own furniture, not to mention its own air conditioning. Are you liking it already?
You must be wondering who would cramp so much space into such a tiny structure, and it just so happens to be none other than Hebei Weizhengheng. The modular house company sells a host of tiny homes via Jeff Bezos’ online retailing company, although not all come as cheap as this particular one.
Two Other Designs
They have two other designs different from the tiny prefab that’s our interest, but in addition to being more expensive, these others also charge the customer an extra $1,000 as shipping fees. However, they’re still solar and wind-powered and actually come with their own solar panels. Value for your money, don’t you think?
And although the $23,800 structure comes ready for you to move in, it allows for DIY modifications. DIY fans are particularly lucky because Amazon offers kits for these type of houses, retailing for $3,000. It may seem steep for a DIY kit, but who wouldn’t want to custom-make their structure to their preferred specifications if they could?
And the thing with Amazon is that you can almost always find something that’s within your budget, so you don’t have to put a strain on your finances. How about you take a tour around the website, see if you find a structure that matches your needs?
