Robert Griffin III – Aldie Mansion, Estimated $2.5 Million
Despite his short 6-year career in the NFL, Robert Griffin III has been shuffled around a bit. After three years as a Washington Redskins quarterback, and one year with the Cleveland Browns, RG3 decided to go solo and become a free agent. But shortly after being traded away by the Redskins, Griffin put up for sale his Virginia home for $2.5 million, but only after his $15-million, 2-year contract with the Browns became active. It is unclear why he didn’t complete the two-year arrangement, but he likely misses all the 9,000 square feet of his Virgina property complete with a game and media room, mudroom, and a golf course. We do wonder if he was able to profit from this investment.
